Currently shipping is only available in Australia and shipped via Australia post.

Every item is made to order by hand, so expect a wait of at least 1-3 weeks before item is shipped.

Please double check your shipping address is correct as we cannot be held responsible for un-delivered orders due to incorrect delivery details.

Some shipments may be slightly delayed. We will keep our customers updated in case there is any unexpected delay of delivery.

+ Express Post and Rush Order

Express post and rush orders may be available at extra cost. If you need your order before a specific date, please contact us to arrange and Express Post or rush order.

Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

To start a return, please firstly contact us at baileyandbearco@gmail.com If your return is accepted, we’ll let you know how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

+ Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

+ Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

+ Change of mind / Ordered the wrong size 

We are unfortunately unable to offer returns or exchange on products if you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong size by mistake.

+ Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
